Your local Kensington estate and letting agents

Oscar Lewington from the Lettings Team was excellent - he helped us find our flat really quickly and ensured that the whole offers/contracts process went very smoothly. We also appreciated the time he took with each viewing to ensure we could ask as many questions as we wanted. Would highly recommend!

Strutt & Parker Kensington have been my letting agents for more than six years. They have been excellent in finding suitable tenants and providing a professional, all-around service.

Excellent service as selling agents for our W8 house. The service we received from James Gow and his team was fantastic, highly professional and showed their depth of the market and the sale process from start to finish. From advising us on timing, price and presentation at the start, we were able to present the property in its best light to achieve an asking price offer in a difficult market.

I have recently sold my house through Strutt & Parker Kensington. The experience has only been positive. The agents worked quickly and thoroughly to achieve a quick sale at an agreeable price. At all times they were respectful to us as the occupants when arranging surveys, photographs and viewings. They supplied good notice ahead of visits and were diligent at making sure the property remained secured after viewings. I would happily recommend to a friend and would also happily use this office again should I be involved in any further property transactions.
