Having worked in property since 2013, Alex was drawn to the industry through a long-standing interest in architecture and the variety that comes with the role. From contemporary waterfront homes and new-build developments to Georgian manor houses and traditional fisherman cottages, no two properties – or days – are ever the same. His competitive natural also means he thrives on helping both buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

Alex specialises in prime waterside homes, holiday properties, period homes rural estates and high-end contemporary new builds, often working with homes valued at £900,000 and above. Much of his work focuses on Cornwall’s waterfront market, where the country’s geography creates exceptional opportunities for buyers seeking coastal living, water views and outdoor lifestyles.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his young daughter, walking the dog, golfing, cooking, dining out, camping, home renovation projects and watching sports.
