Andrew Sartain

Based in East Hendred, Andrew combines strong local knowledge with a practical, results-driven approach to property transactions.

He began his career in property in 2009, initially by chance and has since developed extensive experience in the sale of village and country homes, with a particular focus on properties valued at 1 million and above. Andrew joined Strutt & Parker in 2023 and works with a broad spectrum of clients, providing tailored advice and guidance throughout the sales process.

The Newbury area offers a unique balance of accessibility and countryside living, being the first junction off the M4 from London with immediate access to expansive green space – a key draw for many buyers.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family.
