Blair Stewart

Based in Salcombe, he brings extensive experience and deep local knowledge to one of the UK’s most sought-after coastal markets.

Blair began his career in property in 2004, following an earlier role in sales with Mercedes-Benz. He joined Strutt & Parker the same year, initially working in the Edinburgh office where he was involved in the sale of some of the capital’s finest homes. In 2016, he relocated to Salcombe, where he now focuses on high-value coastal and rural property.

Known for his excellent client care and strong track record in negotiating high-value transactions, Blair offers a bespoke, seven-day service, connecting clients with a trusted network of local and national professionals, from architects and planners to solicitors and marine specialists.

He works with a broad range of clients, including second-home owners, downsizers, retirees and families relocating across the UK and overseas, all seeking the exceptional lifestyle the South Hams offers.

Outside of work, Blair enjoys fishing, boating, golf and rugby, as well as travelling and spending time with friends and family.
