Charlotte Moxon

Although she originally trained as a commercial pilot, her passion for property led her to begin her career in the sector in 2010. Having worked across lettings, residential investments, and new homes, Charlotte brings a comprehensive breadth of experience to her role.

She is particularly driven by the quality of the projects her team manages, which include some of the country's finest new-build properties - ranging from high-specification designs to innovative eco and ESG-led developments.

Charlotte adopts a personal and candid approach to development consultancy, place-making, marketing, and sales. She oversees the residential development sector in key country markets, providing strategic advice to both developers and landowners. A hands-on leader, she supports the sales team in securing transactions and is experienced in managing sales programmes from inception through to completion.

Her diverse clientele includes PLCs, SMEs, and boutique developers across a variety of project types and locations.

Outside of work, Charlotte is passionate about interior design, travel, and the outdoors, and is an enthusiastic novice gardener.
