Edward Church

With a career in property that began in Chelsea in 1993, he has spent decades developing an expert knowledge of the Kent market, specialising in the sale of the finest homes across the county. He joined Strutt & Parker in 1999 and has built a reputation for identifying the distinctive qualities that make each property extraordinary.

Edward lives in the depths of the Kent countryside, near Selling and Faversham, and has an instinctive feel for what makes the county so compelling. Canterbury and East Kent offer a rare combination: the culture and character of a cathedral city, the drama of the North Downs, marshes, beaches and white cliffs, and strong connections to London.

He has a particular affinity for the unusual. Alongside exceptional country houses, he has handled some of the more remarkable instructions to come to market in Kent, from airfields and cricket pitches to former monasteries and cliff-top building plots.

Time away from work is spent walking in the Kent countryside or, further afield, and Edward has a particular fondness for the rural parts of the Alps.
