Since starting her property career in 2024 and joining Strutt & Parker in the same year, Hiba has developed expertise in contracts, financial processes, organisation and building strong client relationships.

Her role focuses on managing pre-tenancy checks and ensuring every stage of the process runs smoothly and efficiently. From smaller apartments to large central London homes, Hiba works across a broad range of properties and is committed to providing clear guidance and support for both landlords and tenants.

Living in Kew, Richmond, Hiba enjoys the area’s peaceful atmosphere and natural beauty. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and spending time with friends and family.
