Ian Parsons

Since beginning his property career in 2010 and joining Strutt & Parker in 2018, Ian has built a reputation for offering clients a highly personal and bespoke service, often advising with discretion and guiding them through important property decisions.

He was drawn to the industry because no two days are ever the same - from working with different clients to handling a wide range of homes across the county. Ian advises on everything from country estates and period homes to townhouses, conversions, contemporary new builds and luxury developments. His clients are often those looking to downsize after many years in a family home or relocate to Norfolk for a new chapter.

Ian is passionate about the lifestyle Norfolk offers, from its 80 miles of coastline and beautiful countryside to the unique character of Norwich - a thriving medieval city located on the edge of The Broads National Park. He believes the area offers an exceptional balance of affordability, natural beauty and quality of life.

Outside of work, Ian enjoys spending time with his young family, cooking, gardening and staying active through running, tennis, hiking and kayaking.
