Jason Roberts

He specialises in residential sales across Northumberland, County Durham, the Tyne Valley, Newcastle and the surrounding coastline, including Tynemouth, Whitley Bay and Cullercoats. Having worked in property since 1996, Jason brings three decades of experience to his role and has built a reputation for delivering a highly personal, hands-on service from valuation through to completion.

Originally from North Shields on the banks of the Tyne, Jason is passionate about the North East and everything it offers – from its rich history and vibrant cities to its rolling countryside and stunning coastline. He loves that you can spend the morning at the beach and the afternoon deep in the Northumberland hills, all while being surrounded by the warmth and friendliness the region is known for.

Jason’s interest in property began while working in a surveyors’ office, where he developed an appreciation for architecture and the history behind individual homes. Today, he still enjoys helping clients find the right buyer for their property and thrives on the negotiation process, particularly the moment a sale completes, and clients can move on to their next chapter. He works across a wide range of homes, from charming country cottages and seafront houses to castles and manor homes.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and children, walking the dog along the riverside, going to the gym, supporting Newcastle United F.C, cooking and spending time with friends.
