Jo Windsor

Senior Administrator at our Ascot office, Jo plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management and operation of the office. She is deeply familiar with the area’s distinguished mix of country houses, bespoke modern mansions, and exceptional local amenities.

Her passion for property was sparked by a fascination with the UK’s diverse architectural styles, particularly characterful period homes and their histories, including the gardens that surround them. Jo began her property career in 2003 and has been with Strutt & Parker since 2021.

Known for her exceptional organisational skills, sharp memory, and approachable nature, Jo focuses on office management and overseeing compliance checks for clients, ensuring the highest standards of service.

Outside of work, Jo enjoys leisurely countryside walks, exploring renowned local pubs, dining at fine restaurants, and spending cherished time with family and friends. She and her husband look forward to retiring to a charming cottage in West Sussex.
