Kerry Grant

Kerry is a Senior Negotiator in our Inverness office, specialising in residential sales across the Highlands. Based in Inverness, she has strong local knowledge of the region, having grown up in Strathspey in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, where much of her family still live.

The Highlands offer an exceptional lifestyle, with breathtaking countryside, outdoor pursuits and a unique sense of space that continues to attract buyers from across the UK. Many of Kerry’s clients are relocating from the south in search of a different pace of life and the lifestyle benefits that the region provides.

Kerry began her career in property in 2010 after an opportunity rose unexpectedly – a decision that has since led to more than 15 years in the industry. She joined Strutt & Parker in the same year and has built extensive experience in negotiation, client management and administration. Alongside her role in sales, she also supports the office as its local onboarding administrator and health and safety representative.

She works across a diverse range of properties, from charming cottages to historic castles, and is known for her organisational skills, strong client relationships and hands-on approach throughout the sales process.

Outside of work, Kerry enjoys baking – and has become known as the office’s go-to birthday cake baker – as well as running, walking and making the most of the outdoors.
