Marianna Protopapas

Raised in Chelsea, Marianna uses her lifelong knowledge of the local area to lead our Chelsea & South Kensington lettings team. She loves the area for its mix of great schools, shops, and restaurants, and regularly spends the day walking around discovering beautiful homes.

Since joining Strutt & Parker in 2018, she’s built a reputation for her expertise in advising a diverse range of landlords, from first-time lets seeking personalised guided support to experienced portfolio investors requiring comprehensive, managed services. Many of Marianna’s clients are based overseas, and entrust her with full management and strategic oversight of their London properties.

Joining the property industry in 2010, Marianna specialises in pricing strategies, market positioning, and negotiating offers across a broad portfolio ranging from studios and apartments to large family houses. Her deep local knowledge and passion for interiors underpin her tailored lettings solutions.

Outside work, Marianna enjoys walking in local parks with her dog Raffy, eating in the area’s many dog-friendly restaurants, and spending time with nearby family. She also loves travelling, especially her summers spent in Greece.
