Mark Smith

Mark brings an exceptional depth of knowledge to his role as Director of Cotswolds Sales at our Moreton-in-Marsh office, where he specialises in the sale and marketing of country houses across the Cotswolds, Warwickshire and Oxfordshire. He works with both private and corporate clients, across a wide range of properties that reflect the remarkable variety of this part of England.

He began his career in property in 1982, drawn by the variety of the projects and the opportunity to work closely with people, something he still enjoys to this day. He joined Strutt & Parker in February 2013, bringing with him a breadth of experience and a well-developed understanding of what it takes to advise clients and achieve the right result.

Mark calls the Aynho area home, on the Oxfordshire-Northamptonshire border, and has an instinctive appreciation for the beauty of the surrounding countryside. Walking, gardening and sport fill Mark’s time away from work, with cricket and golf the pursuits of choice.
