Matt Griffith

Based in our Notting Hill office, Matt is Director and Head of Lettings, specialising in lettings across the local area, from studio apartments to prestigious communal garden houses. He loves the area primarily for its broad, varied client base, which reflects the area’s famously eclectic character.

His career in property began in 2012, driven by a longstanding love of homes and a natural affinity for sales. Since joining Strutt & Parker in 2017, his ability to understand each client's needs and tailor his service accordingly has been key to building long-standing relationships, and he has helped so many people find their perfect homes.

When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Matt being active in his hometown of Balham, either walking, running, or cycling. He loves to visit family on the south coast or see friends in the Lake District when the opportunity arises.
