Meena Patel

Meena Patel is Director and Head of Lettings at our Fulham office, where she leads the lettings team with a depth of local knowledge built over many years of both living and working in the area. She works primarily with landlords who have come to let their properties through circumstance rather than design and want an agent they can trust to manage it with care.

Meena is drawn to Fulham’s strong sense of community. It is an area with genuine staying power, well-served by green spaces, with great connections to the city, and the kind of place where familiar faces become a feature of daily life. She lets a wide range of properties across the area, from one-bedroom apartments to six-bedroom family homes.

Her career in property began in 2010, when a short-term role quickly became a long-term vocation. She joined Strutt & Parker in 2017, and has since built a client base founded on honesty, transparency and a commitment to being available when her clients need her.

In her spare time, you’ll rarely find Meena without Alfie, her miniature long-haired dachshund, whose walks have a tendency to conclude at a pub. She’s an enthusiastic traveller, a self-confessed food lover with a well-maintained restaurant list, and has a taste for adrenaline when the opportunity presents itself.
