Based in our Harpenden office, Michelle is an associate director specialising in high-end residential sales across town, village and country properties in Hertfordshire and the surrounding area. Having grown up in Harpenden, Michelle offers clients an in-depth understanding of the local market, from desirable commuter towns to charming villages and country settings.

Her career in property is rooted in a genuine love of country homes and interior design, and she began at Lane Fox before joining Strutt & Parker in 2023. She conducts valuations and provides clients with grounded market advice throughout the process. Her client base ranges from growing families to aspirational downsizers, all seeking a trusted advisor for one of life’s most important decisions. What she values most about the role is the opportunity to be part of her clients’ lives at a significant moment, and the relationships she builds along the way.

When she’s not matching clients with their perfect homes, Michelle is kept busy by her horses, travelling across the country with her daughter, or walking her dogs with family.
