Callum Connor

Callum joined Strutt & Parker as a Graduate Planner in March 2022 having completed a Masters in Town Planning at the University of Brighton in 2021. He qualified as a Chartered Town Planner in July 2024.

His work at Strutt & Parker involves a mixture of urban and rural projects, with the latter often located in National Landscapes or the South Downs National Park. Callum has been involved on a variety of different projects, leading on and supporting senior colleagues on the preparation of planning appraisals, local plan representations, large and small-scale commercial development, mixed-use schemes and residential developments for a range of clients. Callum is responsible for the day-to-day management of several large jobs and works closely with a number of rural estates, maintaining a strong working relationship with clients in the agricultural sector to provide practical and commercially aware planning advice.

Additionally, Callum’s day to day role involves regular work on a number of smaller projects, ranging across various types of permitted development, agricultural development and farm diversification projects, applications for listed building consent, advert consents, householder applications and the preparation of non-material amendment and discharge of condition applications.
