Sarah-Jane Petherick

With a role that spans the length and breadth of the country, she works alongside some of the most experienced country house specialists in the sector, handling high-end residential sales for a wide variety of clients - from families who have owned their properties for generations to institutional clients.

SJ calls south west London home, but loves that her role allows her to travel throughout our nationwide network of offices and takes pleasure in the variety of properties and clients she encounters.

Her career in property began in 1999, initially drawn to the sector through her father’s background in estate agency. A timely introduction led her to Lane Fox, where she built her experience before joining Strutt & Parker in 2007 following the merger of the two companies. She’s known within the team for her efficiency, warmth with clients, and impressive recall of properties she has handled over the years.

Outside of work, SJ spends time with friends and family, and volunteers with The Listening Place, a charity offering face-to-face confidential support to people experiencing suicidal thoughts or feelings.
