Serena calls Winchester and Guernsey home, and her connection to both places informs a broad perspective on property and the people who buy and sell it. Her interest in property began through her father, a property developer, which led her first to an architect's firm, where she developed a deep appreciation for how buildings are designed and brought to life. From there, a move into agency felt like a natural progression, combining her interest in design and development with a more client-facing role. She joined Strutt & Parker in 2022, bringing with her a career’s worth of experience in the sector.

When not with clients, Serena walks her dog, attends the theatre, and works on her golf game.
