Tim leads the South East Valuation team providing bespoke, professional valuation service out of our Canterbury, Lewes and Chichester offices.
- Planning & Development
In his role, he provides comprehensive valuation advice across the residential, commercial, development and agricultural sectors. He acts for a wide variety of clients in the public, private and charitable sectors, providing detailed market knowledge based valuations for loan security, mortgages, probate, tax, trusts, pensions and financial accounts.
A particular focus of his work is dealing with a broad spectrum of dispute resolution matters including divorce proceedings, compensation and professional negligence cases.
Tim lives with his wife and three young children in Wye, Kent and is a former player and current coach at Canterbury Rugby Club.
