Specialising in residential property, Visar is known for his strong relationship-building skills and solution-focused approach, helping clients navigate every stage of the sales process with confidence.

He began his property carer in 2017, working across areas including Camden, Regent’s Park and Primrose Hill. He was drawn to the industry by the opportunity to connect people with their ideal property and finds it particularly rewarding to play such an important role in such significant life moments.

Since joining Strutt & Parker in 2024, Visar has focused on advising clients on pricing strategy, identifying opportunities and delivering strong results. He also supports clients beyond the sale itself by connecting them with trusted professionals, from mortgage brokers and solicitors to builders, architects and removal specialists.

Living in St Albans himself, Visar loves the areas family-friendly feel, abundance of green spaces and strong sense of community – not to mention the independent cafes, restaurants and pubs. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and toddler, walking into town and visiting local parks, and is a keen barbeque enthusiast.
