Alice Rawdon-Mogg

Director

Alice Rawdon-Mogg is a Director in our Perth office.

  • Estate Management & Consultancy

She has recently relocated to Scotland, after working for Savills in Salisbury for more than a decade, and prior to that for Smiths Gore. A trusted advisor to private landowners and institutional estates, Alice is known for combining discretion, pragmatic problem solving and strategic insight.

Alice qualified in 2013 and spent the first part of her time as a rural chartered surveyor working in the South of England. She previously enjoyed a career in the Royal Engineers having graduated from the University of St Andrews with a degree in history.

She joined Strutt and Parker in 2026 and brings experience managing complex rural portfolios, supporting landowners’ long-term ambitions and strengthening relationships between estates, tenants and local communities. She is a member of the SAAVA Council and a RICS APC Assessor.

Much of Alice’s spare time is spent outdoors – fly fishing, gardening or walking the dog – which keeps her connected to the landscapes she works with professionally. With her husband, she is also gradually restoring their Victorian home, favouring traditional materials and craftmanship and enjoying the practical satisfaction of hands-on DIY.
