Andrew Harwood

He works with a wide range of clients across Kent, Sussex and south Surrey, from individuals and families upsizing or downsizing to private family offices and those navigating more complex circumstances, and handles everything from cottages to castles, flats to farms.

Sevenoaks is both home and workplace for Andrew, and his thorough knowledge and love of the area is sparked by its combination of outstanding schools, excellent amenities and the remarkable Knole Park on its doorstep, all while being just 30 minutes from the capital.

His career in property began in the 1980s, drawn by an interest in both people and properties, and he has stayed in the industry for its competitive nature, which rewards those who invest in relationships. He joined Strutt & Parker in 2016, bringing with him a breadth of experience across many different market conditions and an extensive network built over decades.

Andrew is a keen tennis player and walker, plays bridge and devotes time to helping nearby family.
