His clients range from private individuals and developers to investors and institutions, and the properties he handles are equally varied, spanning striking contemporary new builds to historic country houses.

A RICS-qualified residential surveyor, Charlie has spent his career developing a thorough understanding of what it takes to present and sell a home effectively. He joined Strutt & Parker in 2025, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge accumulated since he first entered the industry in 1993, initially as a summer job, and one he never left.

Charlie calls Herne Bay home and is well attuned to the qualities that make the Sevenoaks area so enduringly appealing: its rich history, fascinating architecture, outstanding surrounding countryside and straightforward access to London.

When not with clients, Charlie can be found staying active by running or going to the gym, or working on home-renovation projects. He has a passion for boating and water sports and spends as much time on the water as he can.
