Carina Rusu

Her role spans compliance, brochure production, viewings coordination and a full range of administrative support to keep the office running smoothly.

Having moved to the UK in 2016, Carina spent six years in a logistics role before a chance introduction led to a part-time position at a Windsor lettings agency. It was an immediate fit, and she later joined Strutt & Parker in 2023 after a relocation to Ipswich. She brings with her a natural talent for organisation, a positive and focused approach, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting the people around her.

Carina calls Woodbridge home and has a deep appreciation for the Ipswich area: the scenic surroundings, the close-knit community and the peaceful atmosphere that characterises this part of Suffolk. The homes she works with reflect the wide variety of the local market, from substantial country houses with extensive grounds to charming village cottages by the sea.

In her own time, Carina loves to experiment with new recipes, read a good book, or stay active at the gym or on a run, which she’s found to be a welcome counterpoint to a desk-based working day.
