Tim Fagan

With a career in rural property stretching back to 1985, he specialises in the valuation, sale and purchase of farms and estates across the expansive and varied countryside of East Anglia, an area that offers a rich mix of traditional rural estates and working farms.

Tattingstone in Suffolk is home for Tim, and his roots in the region run deep. His background in farming drew him naturally towards rural property and business, and his grounding in property expertise underpins every client interaction. He joined Strutt & Parker in 1992 and has spent his career building a reputation for astute marketing and fair negotiation for his landowner clients.

When he’s not busy selling working farms, substantial country estates, and everything in between, Tim’s time is spent in good company, following sport and enjoying country pursuits.
