David Greathead

A lifelong resident of the area, David was born and bred in Gerrards Cross, giving him an unparalleled local network and a deep-rooted connection to the community.

His career in estate agency began in 1991, and he joined Strutt & Parker in 2015. Over more than three decades in the industry, David has developed a profound expertise in valuing residential properties, specifically focusing on the Gerrards Cross and surrounding areas.

Specialising in high-value residential properties ranging from £1 million to £5 million, David provides his diverse clientele with expert guidance throughout the buying and selling process. He is highly regarded for his engagement skills and his ability to offer comprehensive knowledge and support during viewings and valuations.

Outside of work, David enjoys spending time in the outdoors, where he manages the grounds and maintenance of his nine-acre home in Fulmer Village.
