Patricia Marsh

Tricia is Lettings Administrator in our Gerrards Cross team in Buckinghamshire, where she uses her positive outlook, superb organisational skills, and strong communication to provide administrative support to the lettings team.

Based in Denham, Tricia has a great local understanding of the area. Being close to the Chilterns, she loves the choice of beautiful walks, while still only a short train ride from central London.

Tricia’s love of houses, the area, and helping people drew her to property in 2009. Since joining Strutt & Parker in 2014, she has supported landlords, tenants, suppliers, and contractors, specialising in apartments, family, and luxury homes.

Every weekend, Tricia enjoys walking with a group of friends or, occasionally, for charity. She values quality time with friends and family and often attends concerts or festivals.
