Michael Harte

Michael is a Senior Associate Director in our Knightsbridge & Belgravia office, specialising in prime central London residential sales and new-build developments. With more than 20 years of experience in the luxury property market, Michael works closely with domestic and international high-net-worth clients, guiding them through every stage of the buying and selling process with a highly personal and results-driven approach.

Property has always been part of Michael’s life. Growing up with parents who were property developers, he moved frequently as a child as each home was transformed -an experience that sparked his long-standing interest in homes and the emotional significance they hold. That early exposure naturally led him into a career in property at just 19 years old.

Known for his market knowledge, communication and transaction management expertise, Michael provides clients with everything from market appraisals to day-to-day guidance throughout the sales process. He has extensive experience across some of London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods, including Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Mayfair, Marylebone, Kensington and Chelsea.

At home in Kew Gardens, Michael enjoys the area’s village feel, family-friendly atmosphere and easy access to central London. Outside of work, he spends his time with his wife and young daughter, Bella, who he describes as his world.
