Nina McDowall

Nina is Head of Lettings at our Sloane Street office, where she oversees one of prime central London’s most dynamic and diverse residential portfolios. Her remit spans Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Chelsea, Mayfair, Victoria, St James’s and Westminster, and Nina advises a broad range of clients, from institutional and overseas investors to family trusts and private landlords.

Starting her career in property a little after 2000, Nina joined Strutt & Parker in 2004, bringing deep market knowledge, strategic insight and a highly personalised approach to every client. Her expertise spans rental forecasting for off-plan developments, portfolio management, market launches, and legislative advice. Known for her understanding of market dynamics and a relationship-led approach, Nina builds long-standing client partnerships grounded in trust and results.

Outside of work, she finds creative inspiration in art, photography and architecture, and enjoys the quiet balance of time spent in her garden, a peaceful retreat from the pace of London life.
