Nick Ingle

Nick is Head of Residential Sales in our Salisbury office, specialising in the sale of village and country houses across Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire and Somerset. Based in West Dorset on the Jurassic Coast, he brings over 30 years of experience and extensive knowledge of some of the South West’s most desirable locations.

Nick began his career in property more than three decades ago, following family connections to the industry and recognising it as a natural long-term career path. He first joined Strutt & Parker in 2006, remaining until 2011, before returning to the business in 2023.

Specialising in village and country homes, Nick works with country lifestyle buyers and high net-worth clients, offering market appraisals, strategic advice and expert guidance throughout the buying and selling process. His clients value his depth of experience, market knowledge and straightforward approach.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys staying active through padel, pickleball, mountain biking and golf, as well as walking his three Labradors.
