Sarah Cull

Based in our Salisbury office, Sarah is a Senior Associate Director specialising in residential sales across Salisbury and the surrounding area. She sees instructions through from valuation to completion, offering clients her characteristic tenacity and diplomacy at every step.

Her career in property began in 1998, when she joined an independent firm as a secretary and worked her way up to salaried partner. She joined Strutt & Parker in 2020, bringing more than two decades of experience and a genuine love of people and property.

Sarah calls a small village close to Salisbury home, and her knowledge of the area is both professional and personal. Born in the region, she has spent her entire career here, and that depth of local understanding is one of her greatest assets. The area offers beautiful countryside with easy access to the coast, London and the West Country, and Salisbury itself combines a thriving arts scene with the warmth of a close-knit city.

Sociable by nature, Sarah regularly hosts friends and family with enthusiasm. Her time away from work is spent travelling, sailing, gardening, walking and reading.
