Property experts and estate agents in Sevenoaks

I would like to thank you very much indeed for all your help and consideration in selling our home so quickly and efficiently, and we are delighted with the outcome. I am telling everyone how brilliant Strutt & Parker are.

Recently we commissioned Strutt and Parker to sell a bungalow in Kent which also had a large paddock, orchard and woodland within the property. Therefore, this was not a straightforward sale. Strutt and Parker produced an excellent and attractive brochure. The lead agent, Charlie Bainbridge, was professional, proactive and kept us fully informed at all stages. He kept in close contact with potential buyers and proved to be a skilled negotiator. The result of which was a successful sale, and we were very pleased with the outcome.

Andrew Harwood at Strutt & Parker was utterly brilliant with the sale of my home in Tunbridge Wells. He is that very rare estate agent … he understands how to listen, exactly how to promote a sale and best of all, he looks to the interests of both buyer and seller which really helps the selling process to progress smoothly. I highly recommend him.

I chose Strutt & Parker to sell my property because they demonstrated a high level of professionalism and knowledge of the local market. They did not disappoint, the brochure was superb, they will definitely be my first port of call in the future.
