Alastair Summerfield

Head of Office and West Midlands Head of Sales, Alastair specialises in sales valuation, negotiation and sales progression.

His career in property began in 2004, built on a natural aptitude for building relationships, earning trust and negotiating on behalf of clients. He joined Strutt & Parker in 2015 and has developed a reputation for listening to clients’ needs and communicating clearly.

Living in nearby Hodnet, Alastair believes the area's varied landscape and topography make it special, and he enjoys that it's an exceptional place to spend time outdoors. Outside of work, Alastair is kept busy by his wife and three children. He also coaches both football and cricket, takes an active interest in most sports, and enjoys spending time in his garden tackling heavy-duty landscaping projects.
