Kate Goddard

Kate is part of our Shrewsbury office specialising in client onboarding and sales support across the residential team. Kate began her career in property over 12 years ago and was drawn to the industry by the stories behind both the homes and the people connected to them. She first joined Strutt & Parker in 2018 before returning to the business in 2025.

Her current role focuses on client onboarding and ensuring the sales process runs smoothly behind the scenes, particularly through KYC and compliance support. Having previously worked as a fee earner, she also brings valuable sales experience and a broader understanding of the client journey.

Kate works with a wide range of clients, particularly families relocating to Shrewsbury for its excellent schools, as well as those seeking a quieter country lifestyle in retirement. She supports the sale of some of the region’s most desirable homes and is known for her organised, hands-on approach.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her family and gardening.
