Alice Robinson

Alice also specialises in valuation and planning work, and is a RICS registered valuer undertaking secured lending valuations as well as a variety of other Red Book and non-Red Book valuations. 

Planning advice is also a specialism of Alice's and she has extensive experience of achieving successful Class Q permitted development consent for clients for both traditional and steel/concrete framed agricultural buildings.

From an arable family background, Alice is involved with the family business and this experience and background allows her to relate to clients' businesses and situations. Outside of work, she enjoys country and beach walks with her husband and dog, Bertie, as long as there is a good pub meal at the end and is actively involved with sports such a netball and tennis.
