Grace Millbank

She specialises in the sale and purchase of farms, estates and land across the East Midlands, offering strategic advice to a range of clients including farmers, investors and institutions. The diversity of agricultural businesses in the region is one of its defining characteristics, spanning high-quality Grade 1 farmland, cereal land, mixed farms and livestock enterprises.

Grace grew up on her parents’ livestock farm in East Northamptonshire and now calls Stamford home. Her upbringing in the rural sector was formative, and when it came to choosing a career, it was important to her to find a role that kept her rooted in that world. She graduated from Harper Adams University with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management in 2019, began her career in rural property that same year, and joined Strutt & Parker in 2023.

When not working, Grace is most at home outdoors, whether walking, running or taking on something more adventurous. Cooking is a passion she returns to at the end of a busy day.
