Charles Cock
Graduate Rural Surveyor
Charles is a graduate rural surveyor working across estate management, utilities and landlord & tenant matters for both private and institutional clients.
- Rural Surveying
Charles obtained a BSc (Hons) in Rural Land Management from the Royal Agricultural University – a university and course well renowned in the rural property sector.
After graduating in 2025, Charles joined Strutt & Parker in the Chelmsford office and has been involved with a broad range of clients with differing attitudes and aspirations for their estates, from financial goals to strategic decision making to aid in their other business interests, where he assists and advises in helping clients to achieve these whether that be through landlord & tenant matters, financial planning or diversification.
Charles’ knowledge has remained practical and current throughout the vast number of changes currently facing the rural sector such as the reforms in Inheritance Tax policy and the changes to Agri-Environment schemes.
When not in the office, Charles enjoys spending time outdoors on his family farm as well as shooting, albeit not very well!
