Based in Colinton, he combines strong local knowledge with a client-focused approach to delivering successful property transactions.

Andrew joined Strutt & Parker in 2025, bringing experience from leading estate agency where he worked as a Valuer and Sales Negotiator. He has always had a strong interest in property, particularly country homes, and is motivated by the role homes play not just as places to live, but as part of a wider lifestyle.

He manages clients through the full sales process, from initial instruction to completion, and is known for his clear communication, attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best outcomes. Andrew particularly enjoys building strong relationships with both buyers and sellers, supported by effective marketing strategies and a hands-on approach.

His experience spans a wide range of properties, from period country houses to modern homes, as well as the sale of land. He works with a diverse client base, including downsizers, upsizers and those relocating for lifestyle changes.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, including his two teenage sons, and can often be found playing or coaching sport, or out walking in the Pentland Hills with his Labrador, Izzy.
