Ian began his career in property in 2012, drawn by the opportunity to support clients through one of the most significant decisions of their lives and by the variety that the sector provides. He joined Strutt & Parker in 2022 and specialises in explaining the nuances of the Scottish property market and guiding clients through its complexities with clarity and confidence.

Beyond sales expertise, Ian maintains a broad network of trusted professionals, from mortgage advisers and solicitors to architects, and takes a considered, practical approach to ensuring every sale progresses as smoothly as possible.

When he’s not busy selling homes, Ian takes full advantage of his surroundings and loves exploring Scotland’s countryside, walking his dogs, and spending time in the city.
