Charles Huntington-Whiteley

He is an accredited Expert Witness and Mediator and RICS Registered Valuer. 

Charles has a diverse portfolio of work based firstly upon the rural economy and secondly with residential property, both in the country and the urban environment. He advises upon strategic and other land ownership issues, valuation, tax planning, farm and estate financial matters, town and country planning including diversification projects, landlord and tenant issues and sporting rights. 

Charles is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of both the Agricultural Law Association and the Expert Witness Institute. He is both a trained and accredited negotiator and mediator, as well as a Cardiff University accredited Expert Witness.
