He has 20 years' experience and specialises in the valuation of rural property including country houses, farms, estates and portfolios for a variety of clients, including private individuals, institutions, charities, funds and property companies. 

Throughout his career he has been fortunate to value many prestigious historic houses and estates, and extensive rural portfolios. He benefits from a wealth of experience and technical understanding, together with an intimate knowledge of local and national markets. He is also an RICS Certified Expert Witness.
