Based in Oxford, he works across a region known for its combination of character properties, picturesque countryside and highly desirable lifestyle locations.

He began his property career in 2021 and joined Strutt & Parker in 2023. Drawn to the industry by his passion for working with people, Filipe enjoys the fast-paced nature of property and the opportunity to build strong relationships with both landlords and applicants.

Specialising in lettings, Filipe focuses on delivering a high level of service, ensuring properties are marketed effectively and let efficiently. He works closely with landlords to help maximise their investment while providing tenants with a smooth and professional experience throughout the process.

His clients often include applicants relocating to the Cotswolds from London or overseas, attracted by the area’s lifestyle offering and unique housing stock. He works across a wide variety of residential properties, from character cottages to modern family homes.

Outside of work, Filipe enjoys spending time with his family, particularly since becoming a parent. He is also a keen football fan and enjoys playing padel in his spare time.
