Sam Broadbank

He started his property career in 2020, drawn through a genuine interest in houses, architecture and the people behind them. He enjoys the variety that property brings, from understanding what makes a property special, to building lasting relationships with clients and helping them navigate one of the most important moments in their lives. 

Sam joined Strutt & Parker in 2023, and focuses on the sale of prime residential property, town and country houses and off market/discreet sales. His key skills involve client relationship management, negotiating complex transactions, valuation and pricing strategy and local market knowledge.

Living in Oxford, Sam loves the area due to the variety of places and properties, from the characterful streets and historic architecture of Oxford city to the villages, country houses and rolling landscapes of the Cotswolds. The area offers an exceptional blend of heritage, beauty and lifestyle. 

Outside of work, Sam is a keen marathon runner and enjoys playing padel, taking part in sporting events and spending time with family.
