Joining Strutt & Parker in 2025, she brings a wealth of professional experience from her previous career in marketing and banking.

Joanna specialises in compliance and organizational efficiency and is currently spearheading the creation of a comprehensive Admin Manual to support new starters within the firm. She is dedicated to ensuring the office operates seamlessly, providing a bespoke personal service where client communication remains the top priority. Her expertise supports a diverse portfolio of properties, ranging from central Oxford apartments to grand listed homes in the Cotswolds.

Outside of the office, Joanna leads a vibrant active life; she is a member of a brass band, holds a powerboat license, and is an accomplished athlete with medals in hammer throwing from the British Masters.
