Rebecca Hitchman

Based in Summertown, Bex is a Senior Property Manager specialising in lettings and property management across Oxford and the surrounding areas.

Her role focuses on managing properties throughout the full tenancy lifecycle, from tenant sourcing and onboarding through to maintenance, compliance and day-to-day management. She works closely with landlords, investors and tenants to ensure properties are well managed and tenancies run smoothly.

Bex manages a wide range of homes, from period cottages to modern family houses and apartments, and is committed to protecting the long-term value of her clients’ assets while delivering excellent service.

Outside of work, Bex spends much of her time with her family on their working beef farm, which she enjoys as a practical and rewarding balance to her role.
