Your local Ascot estate and letting agents

Fabulous team - so lovely to deal with, tireless and professional, they could not have worked harder or shown more flair. I really felt we were a family not a number and was grateful to the end that they were handling the sale. We never doubted for a minute that Strutt & Parker was the best agency to deal with. Highly recommend.

Daniel Burstow, the Regional Manager for Strutt & Parker in Ascot, gave excellent service for the sale of our property in Berkshire, completed within 3 months. He was assiduous in his actions with the buyers, their search agent and solicitor. It was a delight to pay not only the normal fee but also a bonus for the price above our agreed base price. It will be our pleasure to invite Daniel and his wife for a celebration lunch in the New Year.

We have had excellent service from Strutt & Parker. They have been fab to work with throughout. Fab on communication and absolutely always going the extra mile.

Strutt & Parker were the estate agents for my recent purchase in Sunningdale, and I could not have been happier with their attentive, expedient and excellent courteous service. Emma Creffield managed things and was just brilliant from start to finish, moving proceedings along speedily, to get the purchase done in time for Christmas, communicating well with all parties, going out of her way to provide access to the property whenever we wanted. I would gladly recommend Emma at Strutt & Parker estate agents to anyone.
